RULES & REGULATIONS FOR 2007

1.      All members must comply with Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Rules and Regulations. 

2.      Membership for new members is $450.00 the first year.  There after the dues will be as specified in the membership letter sent out each year.  Membership dues for 2007 are $250.00.  Payable on or before June 15, 2007 .  If we do not receive your dues by June 15th or your mailing envelope is not postmarked on or before June 15, you will be dropped from the membership list.  This will be inforced.

3.      No guest allowed.

4.      Membership will include immediate family (husband, wife & children – 18 & under).  Any non-adult (18 & under) member must be accompanied by an adult to hunt.  The young members of a family are welcome to come to the Club Property at anytime, but are not to be left on their own.  They shall be supervised by an adult at all time. 

5.      There will be no guns fired in the area of the camp building.  Site your guns at home or go to your hunting area to shoot your gun. 

6.      All game must be tagged.  If a member is caught not complying with Arkansas Game and Fish Rules, you will forfeit your membership.

7.      We discourage the killing of yearing deer.  They are our future.

8.      No Alcoholic Beverages while hunting.

9.      Each member using the bunk houses are to clean up behind themselves.  Do NOT leave food in the refridgerators.   Do not leave package food that mice and bugs can get into.  We will turn the electric off for the summer and any food in the refridgerator will spoil and you can not get that smell out.

10. There will NOT be a workday scheduled for 2007.  If you want to come and work on your deer stands, put feeders out, plant food plots or clean on the bunkhouse you will be staying in, you are welcome to do so.  All of this must be done before September 15, 2007.

11. After September 15 there will be no one allowed in the woods to do scouting (for new places, do not scout or walk all around someone elses stands) or do any work on stands.  This will ensure that the bow hunters will have undisturbed places to hunt.  Between October 21 & 31, 2007 you may come back into the woods to get your feeders filled and check YOUR area, only, for the beginning of Gun Season.

12. Every year someone leaves the camp houses with out turning off the water and draining the water lines.  Then the lines freeze and we have to have them fixed AGAIN.  This year if you leave the water on and the lines are not drained, you will be responsible for fixing or paying to have the lines fixed.

13. No joy riding at the camp or in the woods, during hunting season. No one, under the age of 16, riding 4 wheelers on camp property or in the woods at any time.  

14. No fussing or feuding between members.  As a result memberships will be lost by all parties involved and all parties will be ban from hunting club and hunting territory.

15. Campers may only be kept in the space from September 1 through March 15.  Each camper shall pay a fee of $20.00 a month to cover the utilites.  There is a one time space fee of $50.00.  The space fee ensures your spot for as long as you are a member of the Hunting Club.

Seasonal bag limit of four (4) deer, no more than two legal bucks.  No more than two legal bucks or up to four doe may be taken with archery tackle.  No more than two legal bucks and no more than two doe may be taken with firearms.
